Peanuts

Snoopy, every day, and the everyday

Saturday marked the 75th anniversary of Peanuts.

Charles Schulz once said he didn’t set out to change the world.

He just wanted to draw a good comic strip every day.

And somehow, by doing that one small thing with care and consistency, he did change the world.

He reshaped how we saw ordinary life, finding truth and humor in the small moments we all share.

It’s such a simple idea, but it runs deep.

It’s not about perfection or grand gestures.

It’s about showing up, paying attention, and doing something simple with care again and again until the ordinary starts to feel extraordinary.

Whether you’re drawing a comic strip, cleaning a kitchen, or just trying to do whatever you do well, there’s real depth in the everyday work of caring for something.
