As long as you give us at least two business days’ notice, we do not charge a skip fee.
However, when you skip or reschedule and it creates a longer gap between cleanings, your price automatically adjusts to reflect the number of weeks between visits.
For example: if you’re on an every-two-week schedule and you skip a visit, your next cleaning will be billed at the every-four-week rate (typically about 10% more per additional week between visits, which would make that visit about 20% higher than your usual biweekly price).
The same applies if you reschedule and it results in a longer gap.
The good news? The pricing works both ways. If you move to more frequent service, your rate adjusts downward to reflect that lower frequency pricing.
